Hrvatski premijer Zoran Milanović izjavio je kako je razočaran slabim odazivom birača na referendumu. Smatra da je razlog tome zamor građana, kako zbog općeg stanja u zemlji tako i zbog nedavnih parlamentarnih izbora. Za pristupanje Hrvatske EU odlučilo se oko 65 posto građana koji su izašli na referendum.
